Ozone generating unit in ozone chamber is made of 316L material, the whole material is not less than 304 stainless steel, and the sealing and insulation parts are made of PTFE and fluorine rubber.Vertical structure of generator chamber, vertical placement of single discharge body, integration of ozone generator, power cabinet and cooling device on the same base, compact structure, convenient installation and debugging, air cooling design of frequency conversion power supply, safe and reliable.Can be configured with Siemens PLC, temperature, pressure, flow, concentration detection, control valve, including a variety of automatic control instrument valves.
1) Power consumption is based on different cooling water temperature and concentration requirements, not including compressors, pumps and other equipment.
2) The concentration of oxygen source exceeds 12wt%, and the highest concentration is 18wt% (273.6mg/L). The ozone concentration of air source exceeds 3wt%, and the highest concentration is 4wt% (52.6mg/L).
