Vertical Ozone Generator
· The discharge chamber adopts a vertical structure.
· Single ozone electrode design, with discharge units arranged vertically and equipped with electrode support and vibration damping devices.
· The ozone power cabinet and discharge chamber are mounted on the same base. All pipelines and instruments are pre-connected before delivery. The structure is compact, significantly reducing footprint and on-site installation time.
· Suitable for applications with limited space.
· Suitable for ozone systems of 25 g/h–10 kg/h.
· Made of ozone-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PTFE, fluororubber, and glass.
· Elastic electrode assembly ensures more stable operation.
· Air-cooled power supply design, safe and reliable.
· For units ≤ 1 kg/h, Siemens PLC automatic control system and instruments (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) are optional.
