

Application of ozone in VOC deodorization
Ozone has extremely strong oxidizing ability, with an oxidation-reduction potential second only to fluorine. This characteristic is mainly utilized in its applications.
Advantages of Ozone Deodorization
1: It has no requirement for gas humidity and is especially suitable for humid gases. When ozone dissolves in water, it produces hydroxyl radicals with stronger oxidizing properties, resulting in better oxidation and deodorization effects.
2: Ozone is a gas at a pressure of 0.095 MPa, which can be freely conveyed through pipelines. One unit can supply gas to multiple points without the need for fan pressurization.
3: Ozone is generated by independent equipment and isolated from the gas to be treated, avoiding electric arcs caused by high‑voltage discharge. It will not ignite exhaust gas and is safe and reliable.
4: The feed gas undergoes precision oil removal, water removal and drying, ensuring stable and reliable equipment operation with a service life of ≥ 10 years.
5: A small amount of ozone is sufficient to achieve the desired effect, enabling energy saving and consumption reduction.
