The high-efficiency gas dissolution device uses physical or hydraulic methods to forcibly disperse ozone gas and efficiently dissolve it into wastewater, providing the foundation for subsequent oxidation reactions. It is a core equipment in ozone advanced oxidation water treatment systems.
2.Equipment Composition
The high-eciency ozone dissolution device consists of a control system, backflow prevention tank, regulating valve,flow meter, mixer,dissolving unit, release unit,and related instrumentation.
3.Technical Advantages
1) Extremely high mass transfer efficiency: Microbubbles are generated through negative pressure shear, and ozone mass transfer efficiency can easily exceed 95%.
2) No clogging, easy maintenance: The device is typically installed above the tank, making it highly suitable for high hardness and high suspended solids water.
