Plate Heat Exchanger Assembly Description
The industrial plate heat exchanger uses an internal–external circulation heat exchange structure. The internal loop uses demineralized water or distilled water as the heat exchange medium, while the external loop can flexibly adapt to cooling tower water, plant circulating water, or reclaimed water. This design isolates the internal and external circuits, preventing harmful substances such as chloride ions and impurities in the external water from entering the ozone generator chamber, thereby avoiding corrosion and scaling risks and ensuring long-term stable operation. The equipment features a compact structure, high heat exchange efficiency, and a small footprint. The heat exchange plates are made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials, selected according to site water quality, such as 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, or titanium. It operates stably and is easy to disassemble, clean, and maintain. It can be integrated with cooling towers, effectively reducing circulating water consumption and achieving energy saving and environmental protection.
