PSA Oxygen Generation
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generator is a high-efficiency device that directly separates and extracts oxygen from air based on the principle of physical adsorption.Using zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorbent, this system features selective adsorption of nitrogen under pressurized conditions and desorption under atmospheric pressure, thereby enriching oxygen in the gas phase to produce oxygen with a purity of generally 90%–95% and a dew point ≤ −50 °C.The operating pressure requirement is ≥ 0.4 MPa, and oil-free or micro-oil compressed air with a pressure ≥ 0.6 MPa shall be supplied. It is generally suitable for scenarios with an oxygen production capacity ≤ 200 m³/h.
