
Off-Gas Destroyer
Product Overview
1. It adopts a compact integrated design. The ozone thermal catalytic decomposition unit, control panel, and induced draft fan are installed on a welded steel frame. The catalyst is pre-filled inside the equipment as required.
2. A mist eliminator and gas-liquid separator are installed at the inlet of the off-gas treatment section to prevent liquid water from entering the catalyst bed and avoiding catalyst failure due to flooding.
3. The outlet exhaust ozone concentration is lower than 0.1 ppm, meeting the regulatory requirements for harmless emission standards.
4. The ozone decomposition catalyst is made of high-valence metal oxides, operating at 40–60°C. Low-temperature operation effectively reduces operating costs.
5. An electric heating device is installed to continuously heat the catalyst, ensuring optimal reaction temperature while preventing catalyst deactivation due to moisture.
