Ozone is a colorless at room temperature, has a special smell of unique gas, oxidation power is very strong, but the stability is very poor. Ozone can be decomposed into oxygen at room temperature, by mixing in the atmosphere in a thin state, compared with oxygen, the proportion of ozone is larger, has a special smell, easy to dissolve in water, easy to decompose, and ozone absolutely no secondary pollution, which is the biggest advantage of ozone technology application.


The use of ozone deodorization is actually the same as the principle of ozone sterilization, both because of the strong oxidation of ozone. The main components of pollution gas waste gas are ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, mertan, thioether, phenol, amines, amides, indoles, alkanes, olefins, alkynes, aromatics, alcohols, aldehydes, ketones and organic acids organic matter (VOC), inorganic matter, of which the amount of ammonia is the largest, followed by hydrogen sulfide (hydrogen sulfide is the main component of odor). Ozone is to produce non-toxic, odorless substances by destroying the molecular structure of substances that produce foul odor. Because the occurrence period oxygen (primary oxygen) generated in the process of ozone decomposition has a strong oxidation effect, the odor generated in the decomposition of organic pollutants, mixed vicious gases, etc., can be decomposed in a short time and become stable and odorless air.


Because ozone deodorization relies on a high concentration of ozone gas and the reaction of substances that produce odor, and the production of ozone is directly using air as a raw material, purified by oxygen, and then produced by high-voltage electric shock, the cost of using ozone deodorization is extremely low. Some deodorizers use some deodorant solution, but they are consumables, and the long-term use cost is very high. Therefore, ozone deodorization has the advantages of being more efficient, more thorough and lower cost than other deodorization methods.
